...and tomorrow....today will be yesterday....
Ding Dong Ding Ding, George Harrison
...and so it is and will be....the end of the year is here...tomorrow is next year and today will be last year tomorrow....
Enough of that nonsense....a two visit day.....
0830 - 0930 Breezy, cool, sunny, clear SW F2-3 gusting 5
No count today, scope free...due to a slight mishap last time out which I need to fix for next WeBS count.....so just a look and no spying on anything hidden in a far bit of scrub round the edges.....but enough to be getting on with anyway.....
So has it turned a bit colder....well...possibly....though this wind really does need to stop...its seriously becoming annoying now....
Chaffinch, 3 Mistle Thrush, Woodpigeon, Robin, Blackbird, Great Tit, Wren, Crow, Blue Tit, 1 Grey Wagtail, 2 Pied Wagtail, Magpie, Jackdaw, Long Tail Tit, Bullfinch, Goldfinch, Kestrel, Song Thrush, Feral Pigeon, Dunnock, Yellowhammer.

Is this winter??....a Common Gull??.....ahhhhh....still no Goldeneye though.....where is winter??
A short visit as I had to retreat home and pcik up the family for a walk as my son requested a stroll round the gravel pits.....we usually amble out to the Medway for a while, stop for a drink on a bridge and then head to the pits for the return....
1015 - 1215 Breezy, sunny but clouding over, SW F2-4 gusting 5
Not a huge amount to add....but....
Skylark, Great Spotted Woodpecker, Jay, Green Woodpecker, Fieldfare, 150 (ish) Greylag Goose.
I agree about the wind Graham! It's driving me nuts LoL. Good luck for next year at ''the pits'' :-)
