Now we are 5

0615 - 0815 foggy, cool, gradually clearing

….but couldn't see much on the pits themselves....

Now there are 5.....fishermen.....im not a fisherman....but some of these guys have camped out in the same place for days....how many times can a fish be yanked out of the water...poor fish....now there are two more at Island Pit wading in to it....hope they fall in....luckily most of the birds are gone....

Meantime....

...first Bluebells are out....

Plenty of Chiffchaffs around as usual...and Blackcaps....the Willow Warbler remains.....2 Mistle Thrushes were in song and I found 6 Stock Dove in song...or call...whichever...

At the puddle 4 Pied Wagtails persisted with several Meadow Pipits and some Linnets...

A Cettis Warbler was by the west gate again and another at the eastern end of Island Pit....so im pretty certain there are 2 on site....
