0830 - 1100 dull....even more dull....overcast, some misty rainy mist...dull....
Quick look on the pits to check the duck ongoings....it had been cold the past few days....but today its warmed up so that brought along some mist and it was really dull overhead which made for poor light....still...nice walk round, lots of Fieldfares, Redwings, Yellowhammers, Reed Buntings, Bullfinches...a Meadow Pipit was at the quarry by the conveyer and a Buzzard lolled lazily past....
7 Mallard, 48 Tufted Duck, 37 Gadwall, 54 Shoveler, 1 Pochard, 4 Mute Swan, 1 Water Rail, 1 Common Gull, 1 Little Egret....
