Schools out....and so am I for a few days. I was going to set up my new ringing site this morning, but the wind was still too much to be holding out mist nets....so this would have to wait till later when the wind is less...er....windy!
So I decided to pay a visit to the pits to see if there was any progress to be had on warblers.....the Blackcaps were being ushered along by a Chiffchaff...couldnt really make out if it was showing them round, like an estate agent...or helping them on their way.....maybe they had all arrived together...?
